It was time for a change.

Cris and Antonio were moving to Pittsburgh. The plan was to buy a home in Pittsburgh after the Salt Lake City home sold. They reached out to many agents and interviewed them closely. The honor of representing the sale of the home was given to Robert Embley.

Not every home sells in 3 seconds. There was work to be done

Historic homes require special considerations. Buyers, and their agents, often begin an escrow with excitement, and then in the coming weeks operate from a position of fear and trying to talk themselves out of the purchase.  Buyers were procured, vetted, and contracts were signed. Inspections became a consistent roadblock. Thoroughly vetted buyers sent cancellations without negotiating. Tact and skill from the agent, and a savvy seller, were required to ultimately get this transaction to the closing table

"I highly recommend Robert to anyone who is interested in buying/selling property in Salt Lake City. We found him to be very knowledgeable of the market via his weekly email updates. He is an effective communicator and always placed our interests first. Mostly, though, he is patient. You need that in an agent. If I am ever in the SLC market again, I’m calling him. Thanks, Robert"
